Deals Agency
Growth consulting for established companies

The referrals go quiet for a season. We build the engine that keeps going when they do.

Good companies grow on the people who already know them. That works well, until the same few months each year when it does not. We build the outreach you never had the hours to start, run it with care, and then hand it to you to keep.

A short, honest read of where your next buyers could come from. Free, and yours to keep.

The quiet months

You know the months we mean.

The trade show is behind you and the next one feels far away. The partners who send you work are busy with their own year. The people who love what you do have already bought from you. Nobody did anything wrong. Your pipeline was built on a network, and a network rests when the people in it rest.

Most of the companies we talk to are very good at their work and well liked by the customers they have. What they are missing is a dependable way to open a conversation with a buyer who has never heard their name. That is its own craft, and it is rarely anybody's whole job.

So the quiet months get filled with hope. Someone will call. A past customer will mention you. Often they do. But hoping is a hard thing to plan a year around, and it is harder still to hire on.

We think a company that has earned its reputation deserves a steadier way to be found. That is the only thing we work on.

Four doors

There are only a few ways in. Most firms keep one open.

A buyer who does not know you yet can only meet you through a handful of doors. Most established companies rely on one of them and leave the others shut, mostly because nobody ever had time to open them.

The door you already use. We help it open on purpose, instead of only by luck.

A direct, personal note to the right person at the right company. The door we open first.

Writing that answers the questions your buyers ask, including when they ask an AI for a shortlist.

Placement in front of buyers who are already looking. Worth it once the message has proved itself.

How we run it

Written for one person at a time.

  • We find the right peopleWe work out who your best buyers are, then find the companies and the individual people who match, one by one.
  • We write to each of themEvery message is researched and written for the person who will read it, about their business. A human on our side reads each one before it goes.
  • We keep at itWe tune the list, the words and the timing until the replies turn into real pipeline for your team. Anyone who asks us to stop never hears from us again.
Then it is yours

We plan to leave, and we say so early.

A good engine should not depend on us. Once it is producing, we hand over all of it: the playbook, the buyer data, the sequences, and people on your side who are trained to run them. You keep the system and the know-how. If you want us nearby after that, we are glad to stay in touch.

Who we write for

Two people usually find us first.

The buyer map

Start with a map, not a pitch.

Tell us a little about your company and we will send back a short read: which channels you run today, which sit idle, and where an engine would fit best. There is no deck and no obligation. If the honest answer is that you are fine as you are, we will tell you that too.
